Probate & Estate Administration
Starting at $700
Having helped design the very forms Alberta's courts use for both Probate and Administration, I know what triggers delays and rejections, and how to avoid them. I'll prepare your application so it's accurate, complete, and ready to file the first time.
Not sure which you need? Probate applies when there's a valid will. Administration applies when there isn't one.

Complete Estate Package
Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA) $200
Personal Directive $200
Will, EPOA, and Personal Directive $500
A will protects your legacy, an Enduring Power of Attorney and Personal Directive protect you. Together they let someone you trust manage your finances and make personal or medical decisions on your behalf when needed. I prepare both properly, so you and your family are covered no matter what happens.
